  • Our teas are sourced from the finest tea-growing regions around the world. We carefully select high-quality ingredients from renowned estates across Sri Lanka, India, Kenya, China, Japan, Egypt, South Africa, and beyond to craft exceptional blends.

  • Yes, all our ingredients are certified organic, we prioritise high-quality, ethically sourced teas and botanicals.

  • No, we only use natural ingredients. Any flavouring in our blends are derived from natural sources.

Ordering & Shipping

  • We currently ship across the UK only. We are working on worldwide shipping - stay tuned!

  • UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days.

  • We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.

    And if you live in OX3, free shipping for local deliveries!

  • We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on opened tea. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Tea Preparation & Storage

  • Each tea comes with specific brewing instructions, but as a general guide:

    • Black teas: 3–5 minutes at 90–100°C

    • Green teas: 2–3 minutes at 80–85°C

    • Herbal teas: 5–7 minutes at 100°C

  • Absolutely! We recommend cold brewing overnight or steeping double strength and serving over ice.

  • Store in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture to preserve freshness.
